BOOKKEEPING SERVICE

3. Reconciling Accounts: Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. This involves matching transactions in the bank statement with those recorded in the company's books.


4. Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable; Recording and Tracking invoices from suppliers and vendors, ensuring bills are paid on time. Manage accounts receivable by invoicing customers, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.


5. Preparing Financial Reports: Generate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance. These reports help business owners make informed decisions and comply with regulatory requirements.


6. Assisting with Tax Preparation: Assist in gathering and organizing financial information for tax purposes and working with accountants to prepare tax returns.
